Partnership
We are a team of three managers with diverse backgrounds that combine our experience and knowledge to provide services specific to the clients needs for construction and inspection. We host twelve consultants and inspectors which assist in project oversite and inspections. We've recently partnered with S&S Consulting Group LLC in 2021 and relocated our operations to a new office in Franklin, LA.

Jesse Delahoussaye
Owner of Delaspec, LLC and partner with S&S Consulting Group, Jesse brings nearly 30 years experience working in the field of Construction and Inspection on both the upstream and downstream sectors in the Oil and Gas Industry. Jesse studied Petroleum Science at Nichols State, NDE Inspection and Welding Technology at San Jacinto College, and is a holder of multiple nationally recognized qualifications: AWS CWI Welding Inspector, API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector, API 570 Process Piping Inspector, and NACE Coatings Inspector.
Keith Saucier
Founder of S&S Consulting Group, Keith Saucier, brings 50+ years experience to the group with 30 years working with the Production Operations. Keith brings a vast amount of knowledge of process systems to the group
